Deposit and Payments: Deposit of $500 per traveler is due upon reservation. Reservations are made on a  first come, first served basis.

  • 100% – refund of deposit if canceled by October 10, 2019
  • 50% – refund of deposit if canceled by November 10, 2019
  • 30% – refund of deposit if canceled by December 10, 2019
  • 0% – refund of deposit if canceled after December 10, 2019

Group coordinator reserves the right to review any cancelations on a case-by-case basis and at their discretion they can refund beyond what is stated above if allotted.

Payment Calendar:
$500 deposit – Due upon registration

$3390 Final Payment – Due by January 5, 2020

Price includes: Daily Dinners, Daily Breakfasts, tips for all tour managers and drivers, admission fees for all churches & museums, and transportation to and from airports and during tour hours.

  • Single Supplement Fee: $635.00 (Travelers who want their own room)
  • If a passenger is required to stay in a single room due to the cancellation of their preferred roommate, they are subject to single supplement charges.
  • Requests for a roommate are accommodated whenever possible, however we do not guarantee that a roommate will be available. A single supplement fee will be charged at the time of final payment if a roommate is not found.
  • Any payments made beyond the initial deposit of $500 can only be refunded if traveler cancels registration on or before December 10, 2019.
  • Any payments received after January 5, 2020 will be subject to a $100 late fee. Group coordinator reserves the right to cancel traveler with no refund if complete payment is not made by January 5, 2020.
